Thistle Climate is a trading name of IC Maintenance Services Limited, and that maintenance heritage explains a great deal about how we work. Afterwards, most customers move onto planned maintenance. For homes that is a straightforward annual visit that keeps the warranty valid and the system efficient. For commercial sites it is a scheduled regime with an asset register, F-Gas leak checks, written reports with photographs and a forward view of components approaching end of life so capital spend can be planned. Contract customers get priority response when something goes wrong, and we aim to attend urgent refrigeration failures the same working day.
